What will your role be?
As MOJEO project management officer you are the spider in the web in various programs and/or projects at our customers. As PMO you will guard the overview of the project and act as sparring partner of the project manager. For example, you are responsible for administering and updating the project portfolio overview, collecting documents and presentations for the meetings that are planned and supporting various administrative and secretarial tasks.
We are looking for new colleagues with little or no work experience as well as colleagues who want to take a next step in their career.
To be considered for the Project Management Officer position, you will have the following:
- A completed MBO or HBO education;
- Relevant administrative or secretarial training or work experience is a plus;
- Excellent command of the Dutch & English language both verbally and in writing;
- A cast-iron combination of natural superiority and organisational skills. You can cut through knots, are inventive and know how to get things done.
- Stress is not in your vocabulary. With your pragmatic approach, you never lose sight of the overview and the goal. You know better than anyone that a solution can be found for every bump in the road.
- Very strong communication and social skills. You are clear and convincing and can easily switch between different levels.
Inge
With a smooth transition from the approved proposal to further implementation, Inge gradually shaped the staffing of the PMO. This provided even more guidance on how to properly implement the PMO building blocks in the future. In addition, Inge also helped standardize the tasks within the PMO.
