A project is as good as the collaboration between project members. In my work, as I see it, the art is in being able to make that connection between people who are involved with resolving a certain problem. To understand how they think and to help them bring out their talents in the best way possible. That’s where I especially find the satisfaction in what I do.

We shouldn’t be too serious. It would get boring quickly if we were. That’s why I like it at Mojeo – because everyone at work understands that what we do is human work and therefore should be approached from that angle.
