You’re setting up a PMO at a client on MOJEO’s behalf, what is your step-by-step plan?
Rick: It always starts with interviewing the defining stakeholders. The people who actually submitted the question to MOJEO. Stan: I totally agree with that, then the inventory phase comes in by talking to the project managers and other stakeholders within the organization. There is always a lot of information floating around, you want to take it away in a structured way in this phase.

Rick: There is a broad knowledge of PMO within the MOJEO team. Sharepoint, Jira There is always someone within MOJEO who knows something about it. So there is a whole team behind it. Stan: In addition, I think it works to our advantage that we are a company that has focused on setting up PMOs for a long time and has really built up expertise in this. Rick: We have a lot of experience with different types of organisations, from government agencies to commercial companies.
